ESSA Quick Take: Impact on Assessment, Accountability, PreK, Funding, Data Privacy

This week, President Obama signed the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), into law--marking the first reauthoirziation of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act in nearly 15 years. Earlier in the week, the Senate passed the bill 85-12, and the House passed the bill 359 to 64 the previous week.

We will continue to add analysis in the coming days and also respond to specific questions as we receive them. Send us your questions!
