Vice President and Chief of Staff

As W/A’s Chief of Staff, Ben (known almost universally as Watsky) embraces his role as a jack of all trades, providing strategy, communications, and research support for organizations and entrepreneurs at the intersection of learning and work. During his tenure at Whiteboard Advisors, Ben’s writing has appeared in publications including TechCrunch, Barron’s, and CNBC; he is also the author of “Putting the Future of Work in a Global Context,” with former U.S. Deputy Labor Secretary Seth Harris, and “Unstuck in the Middle: The Case for a New Skills Spectrum” with JFF CEO Maria Flynn. Ben began his career as a faculty member at King’s Academy in Jordan and is a graduate of Yale University, where he bolstered his education experience at the Breakthrough Collaborative and ETS and traveled the world singing with the Whiffenpoofs.
