Erica leads Whiteboard’s dynamic research and advisory practice, where she regularly consults with education, health, and wellness companies, investors and NGOs to demystify emerging trends and market dynamics. With a keen interest in both education and health issues, Erica has structured large-scale research projects to guide strategy development for Fortune 500 companies and startups, as well as major non-profits including PBS and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She also authors policy and political research on a wide range of topics.
Prior to joining Whiteboard Advisors, Erica had a successful career in Democratic politics working closely with former Denver Public Schools Superintendent and U.S. Senator Michael Bennet on his victorious first campaign, and working for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. In this role, Erica spent four years as an advisor to Democratic senators and oversaw the DSCC’s outreach to Native American tribes. Erica was a Nemerov Writing Scholar at Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science and Economics.
