Jenn Hatfield is a senior associate at Whiteboard Advisors. She came to Whiteboard from the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP), where she was an education research assistant working on K-12 and higher ed policy. Previously, Jenn was a research associate in education policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), focusing on school choice, education philanthropy, and federal politics in K-12 education. During her time at AEI, her work was published in outlets including The Hill, National Review Online, U.S. News & World Report, and The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University, where she was a goalkeeper for the varsity field hockey team. In her free time, Jenn writes on women’s college and professional basketball for various outlets and tries to visit as many DC-area restaurants as possible.
