Jenn Hatfield is an associate at Whiteboard Advisors. She came to Whiteboard from the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP), where she was an education research assistant working on K-12 and higher ed policy. Previously, Jenn was a research associate in education policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), focusing on school choice, education philanthropy, and federal politics in K-12 education. During her time at AEI, her work was published in outlets including The Hill, National Review Online, U.S. News & World Report, and The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University, where she was a goalkeeper for the varsity field hockey team. In her free time, Jenn writes on women’s college and professional basketball for various outlets and tries to visit as many DC-area restaurants as possible.
