Natalia Garcia leads communications for Whiteboard Advisors’ Future of Work practice, which focuses on the intersection of education and a rapidly evolving workplace. Based in California, she has a pulse on technology and trends shaping the world of corporate learning, hiring, and talent development.
Natalia has spent nearly fifteen years designing and implementing communications strategies for technology companies that are reimagining their field, from PayPal to General Assembly, LinkedIn Learning and Bright Horizons, whose “Working Learning Index'' is deepening our understanding working learners.
Prior to agency work, she held in-house positions at TripAdvisor and the Wikimedia Foundation, driving global brand awareness campaigns and writing keynote speeches for executives like Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia. Natalia started her career at Corporate Executive Board (CEB), where she helped CMOs at Fortune 500 companies like Nike and Google implement best practice research.
Natalia received her Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and currently serves on the City of Sacramento’s Investment Committee for Inclusive Economic and Workforce Development. Fluent in Spanish, Natalia’s family is from Argentina and she loves traveling the world with her husband and two children.
